Q: Do you sell individual sound effects?

A: No, not at this time. Our slot machine sound effects are sold as a kit designed for all pieces to work together flawlessly.

Q: I purchased your kit and would like a custom sound when X happens in my game, can you make that for me?

A: Yes, please reach out to us here and give us as much information about the sound you would like us to create and we’d be happy to get back to your quickly with a quote and turnaround times.


Q: When you say you include “every sound you need for a slot machine game”, what if there are sounds I need that are not included?

A: We include every audio asset needed to create a basic slot machine game, but we also include a lot of additional audio assets as well. As sound designers with decades of experience building mobile and console games, we believe our asset list is thorough and covers the basic needs and even more. If your slot machine game has thematic elements, or has other items that we do not cover, please visit our custom work page here and we’d be happy to work with you to create additional assets.


Q: Why do you offer your sound effects in mono?

A: This kit is designed specifically for mobile and web-based slot machine video games. Creating quality sounds in mono, plus keeping files short in length when possible, allows games perform better and take up less memory. A lot of times in game development stereo sound effects are “squashed together” (both mono tracks, left and right, are mixed down to one single file) to save on download size and in-game memory. When this happens to audio files, phasing and other weird audio artifacts can sometimes occur. In a high percentage of mobile and web based games, mono files are commonly used.


Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We are happy to provide refunds for products after 14 days starting on the day of purchase. Please reach out to us here and include your email, order number, reason or issue for your refund, and we’ll get back to your quickly. After 14 days we are unable to refund purchases made.


Q: I am creating a slot machine game but I would like completely custom sounds made for it, can you do that?

A: Yes. Please contact us here and tell us more about your project and what you’re looking for, we’ll get back to you promptly.


Q: I had an issue with my purchase, where can I contact you?

Q: I am having issues triggering sounds or getting them to loop properly.

A: Sadly, we can not provide developer support as we are not developers ourselves. Our assets have been thoroughly tested to loop perfectly and work well on a plethora of platforms.
